Terms and Conditions for the Main Prize - Jamie Lindsay's "1977" Album Purchase
- Eligibility: Participants must have purchased Jamie Lindsay's album "1977" before the competition closing date of May 20, 2024. Proof of purchase will be required.
- Prize Description: The main prize includes a solo performance by Jamie Lindsay. The date and time will be coordinated with the winner, subject to Jamie Lindsay's availability.
- Travel and Accommodation Expenses for Jamie Lindsay and Crew: The winner is responsible for covering all travel and accommodation expenses for Jamie Lindsay and his crew. This includes, but is not limited to, airfares, transfers, and accommodation costs. The costs will be communicated to the winner based on the event location and specific requirements.
- Audio Production Requirements: If the event is held more than 2 hours' travel from Ettalong Beach, the winner must cover all audio production requirements and associated costs.
- Performance Configuration Options: The standard prize is a solo performance. If the winner desires a larger configuration, such as a duo, trio, or band, they must bear all related expenses, including musician hire, additional audio production, and travel costs for additional musicians.
- Non-Transferability of Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Compliance with Laws: The winner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Limitation of Liability: Jamie Lindsay and associated parties are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by the winner or third parties due to participation in the prize.
- Newsletter Subscription Requirement: The winner must sign up for Jamie Lindsay's official newsletter and maintain the subscription for the duration of the competition and prize fulfilment.
